OK, I've been aware of this adorable baby-face miniature lady many years ago, but this is too cute! Miroslava Duma is revealing her daily ( who dress that well in daily basis?) wardrobes, and she is just so pretty. I wish I own her mini-dress galore, crazy shoe collection, and tiny little faces... Most editors in the world have model-like bodies, but she knows what she good on her short body!
I have two women inside of me. It's been like that in all of my life. One is dreaming about the women in chiffon dress with stiletto, long hear and perfume, and whenever I stepped out of the car, the edge of the skirt floats in the breeze. On the other side of the brain, I wear the damaged sweater shirts, sweaty denim shorts and beaten converse or vans, and walk like don't give a shit for anything. It's hard to live with bipolar, but it's been a fun ride at the same time. For now, I am in the right side... In the 5 years later, I might be on the left side, with Christopher Kane dress with Louboutin heels. Hopefully I can cross the line easily back and forth whenever I feel like it.
I love these collection by Joseph. Hands-down. Layering and pattern mixing is a-m-a-z-i-n-g! I like the 90s' grunge mood here, but not over the top, and don't feel like faking it. She is a girl who mixed her punk classmate's influence and borrowing some pieces by mom. Pattern mixing is easier when you play in the same tone. And I also like the many gradient blue-navy hues. And Socks (again). So good, it's like a text book for what I want to wear.
Here is another edition of Do and Don't. 90% serious, 10% joke. Don't take it personal, I don't care what you wear, and people don't care what I hate anyway.
DON'T -Kaftan / I always have a problem with these weird shape Kaftans. I especially have serious problem when people combine it with big earring.
-Dolman Sleeve / To me, it's so Kardashians, even though I have no idea what they wear in these days.
-Velvet Tracksuits / OK, people think it's disappeared, but majority of people still love it. I really think it should be banned. Especially with embroidery or glitter, any kinds of details. My whole body rejects in full power when I see these suits.
-Jersey Maxi Dress / I love maxi dress, but I don't like it jersey and particulery this shape.
- Baby Doll Silhouette / Very 2007. I weave my hands.
- Socks / Ankle socks, midi socks, and fold over socks with oxford, penny loafer, and maryjanes!
-Snapback Cap / I could not have the luck to find perfect picture, but vintage snapback caps are in. I want faded one with classic Yankees.
-Honeycomb Pullover Sweater / I have some crazy affection for pullover sweaters with simple shape and round neck.
-Varsity Jacket / No initial patches, just minimal lines... I like it black or navy. Givenchy Men's made the perfect one. (Not one in the picture)
- Crazy Color Blocking / Lovely! There is no rule, this is "more is more" thing.
- Maryjanes and Oxford / I would like to wear them with socks in this fall and winter.
It might turn out to be a bit surprise for you, but I have a true love and respect for Chicano culture. Mi Vida Loca(1993) was introduced by the boy that I used to date, after I watched American Me and Blood In Blood Out for hundreds of times each. Movie itself is not five stars, but the girls in the movie has full of vivid life and characters, which I found very impressed. The style they attire is always attract me, they are so unique. I would not call them "fashionable" or "stylish", but their particular tastes are something that I could learn from. Stacks of gold jewelries, crispy white T-shirts/ wifebeater, or ironed Dickies and Nike Coltez, and most necessarily, big attitude and strong prides! I don't date with that boy anymore, but he used to call me Sad Girl, and I liked it very much.
チカーノカルチャー（メキシカン）に対していつも大きな敬意を払っている。 Mi Vida Loca(1993) は数年前、American Me と Blood In Blood Outをすり切れるほど見たあと、当時いつも一緒に遊んでた男の子が教えてくれた。
Here comes the young money, J.W Anderson... I like the youthful and rebellious vibe in entire collection with a bit polish of tailoring and mixed patterns. Styling is also well done. Look forward his future...
These images take me the places in the pictures only by looking at it. This is very honest creation and beyond the fashion. I can feel the sunset between the woods, breeze from the car window, the beachy hair twining around in the face, blazing scent of flourished flowers. Not imagine it, I actually really feel it as if I'm there. It touched my heart straight and directly. I have not seen something pure like this for a long time.
Macs Iotti's works are really great. Minimal designs. Bold calligraphy. Relevant Spaces. But capture the audience strategically. I don't have any knowledge about branding, but when he takes his hands on, it turns in to something fresh and sophisticated. If you have brand and not successful, I think there is a lot of things you can learn from. Or even ask him to take care if you can afford. I happened to know him from Grazia.com, which is one of my most favorite websites I visit daily even though I have no idea what the Italian language written there. (I obviously like the big wide images online!)
I found out recently that I am attracted table lamps and generally lightings, all the time. Timo Niskanen designed this coin deposit lamp. This is super simply yet concept is very interesting. Just worried if the coin get lost in my messy room. But I am interested.
Seems like the big glamorous hairs are coming back slightly? Would you rock these spray molded big head or does it only make sense in editorial? I would not probably, since I don't dress such glamorously in my daily life. But it's just interesting and refreshing to looks something opposite of the minimalism trend. I assume it's a bid challenging to Japanese people to look cool in this hair without look like a night hostess. By the way, the answer of the last post is H&M! Don't you love it? I do...
I just want you to guess. Try really hard. Who's making these clothing? Karlie Kross looks adorable here with dark re lips... I love the styling as well. The volume is well controlled and making the interesting visual effect.
Today I am wearing Opening Ceremony cardigan. It corrects the dust like a sweeper, and also look like a caveman. Although these details, I found that it can go with many thing, so I might wear it a lot more from now on. Underneath, I am wearing H&M stripe top that I got age ago. I am trying to wear things that forgotten for a while. It's fun because it feels like whole new discovery even it's not excatly.
When you are young, you don't really care about home. Home is where you sleep, where your stuff storage and where you eat. Now, I am old enough to care more about space I live. I wanna live bigger space so that my records, books and closets are breathe the air in, and I feel like can attach to them more personally. Clean space with all new like furniture and objects just freaks me out ever since I was a kid. I like dusty old things mixed well with new thing. like 70% / 30%.
All I feel when I looked these images is just complete silence. Camille Seaman (what a last name) is a photographer, who's been taking photographs of icebergs. This silence I feel in her work is almost freaks me out. It is definitely not peaceful or calm kind of silence. The each different patterns of surfaces, dignity, fragility, life-threatening-ness, power of destruction... it is just perfect as it is. Maybe that's why it scares me out? Mostly because of the earthquake in Japan, I've been thinking about what nature does to us a lot lately. It's up to you if you take these images as beauty, but I'm just speechless and cannot take my eyes off of unlimited blue and gray scales of nature production. I am not sure if it's the fear or attraction.
Since the first time I saw his design, I felt in love hard. Christina Wijnants sure knows what he is doing. The beautiful draping and constructed silhouette are so clean so fresh yet bold and rad. I love the styling in here. I cannot just browse the collection like as I do for many other brands, but what I do is just take a look each images for a minutes. Amazing.
The legendary Carine Roitfeld, spoke with The Spiegel. Amazing Interview... She mentioned about the current and future of the fashion, and I found it very honest of her. Seems like she put the guard off and being a person, who worked as a warrior in the front of battlefield. Yet, it does not mean she is stepping down from the frontline. I'm look forward to she what's next weapon she will come back with. As I like to write and read, I now more focus on the questions the interviewer asks. The quality of the questions determine if the interview will be good or not. Great job done!
Don't you think this A.P.C liberty print is adorable? Hmm... This season's A.P.C is a killa. I want all of the collection in my closet. I always like A.P.C Spring/Summer than Fall/Winter. Jean Touitou is my favorite people in the industry, I like A.P.C because of him. He is a simple guy with brain. Check this interview out.
